This position is responsible for managing Affectiva’s Egyptian organization based in Cairo. You will be the senior leader in this office responsible for managing growth and ensuring that the quality of work, effectiveness and culture in the Cairo office remain exemplary.
The Cairo Operations team will report directly to you and you will jointly manage the Cairo Data Annotation team along with the US-based Director of Data. The Director of Data is responsible for setting department wide strategy and goals, as well as providing technical direction. Your role will be to provide day-to-day supervision and guidance, as well as personnel management for this large team. You are jointly responsible to see that project goals and milestones are met.
As executive leader of a critical division of Affectiva, you will work with Affectiva’s leadership and partner closely with Affectiva’s VP of AI, Director of Data and Director of Research to ensure the Cairo office performs at maximum effectiveness to meet their objectives.
This position is located in Cairo, Egypt.
